Your monthly base-subscription fee includes free 24/7 access to our Online Knowledge Support Portal, which is filled with easy to find support articles, step-by-step tutorial and troubleshooting guides, just by entering a few search words based on your topic. Subscribers receive tip e-mails weekly to highlight popular tutorials to help both you and your staff utilize ThoroVet in your practice.

Upgrade to Priority Level Support
Do you prefer hands-on help to work through your questions? You can upgrade your subscription to Priority Support Level for a small monthly fee, unlocking access to Hands-On Help, Live Phone Support, and Same-Day Support for your entire staff.

Do I need any third-party software and what will that cost?

* An account with QuickBooks Online® is required to use ThoroVet's full billing functionality. QB Online Pro is needed to manage Inventory.
Stripe, QuickBooks, GVL, and any other third party integrations may require separate subscriptions or fees to use their services.

You may cancel at anytime. There are no long-term contracts, with this month-to-month subscription. Special offers may have additional terms.
